I don't. I've read articles saying it's good for your brain and that it beats even hand writing at that.
 
i know how to sew, but not knit.
last year, i tried to teach myself to knit, but i got frustrated with it and gave up
 
 
Haven't done so in a long time, textiles isn't my interest that's more of a foid thing.
