I have almost 5% of my net worth in 50 coins (about 32k). It's my lottery ticket out of wageslaving. If I hit it big, at least I'll be happy knowing that the financial aspect of my life will be good. It's better being an incel WITH money than without it.

no bro i dont

Yes just a little money, and just as in the sexual domain I'm a real loser in crypto too.

I feel like I'm late to the game. Too late to cash in on it. There's a member here who supposedly got rich off bitcoins, he's a millionaire.

I dont understand it, im to low iq

I have a few I'm sitting on. I'm definitely not counting on it going anywhere, but people seem to be understanding more and more and international monetary systems are a scam, and bitcoin (for all the criticisms you can validly level at it) and a few other coins have name brand recognition and are the best way (besides stockpiling bullets and jars of peanut butter) to wager that faith in international monetary systems are going to continue to degrade. The hard part will be knowing when to pull out and being able to quickly turn whatever windfall you make into a stable asset.

So your net worth is 640k??
Bro, I don't think you still have to wageslave...
In 1990, I would have been the man, but 640k is not enough money to retire on in 2019.

We don't know that yet. We'll find out in maybe 5 years.

Another issue is knowing which projects to pick among over 2000. For all we know, we could be invested in tomorrow's losers, much like WorldCom and Pets.com ended up being losers in the early days of the internet.

no man thats some normie shit

I personally don't see any value in crypto. I wanted to start investing for a few years now but ngl the psychological barrier is too big for me tbh

I don't invest in something that is an absolute failure.

We don't know if it is yet. There was a time, early in Amazon's existence, where its stock price plummeted several times. Back then, you could have simply wrote off this company as a "failure", and you'd be wrong.

i got some when bitcoin was 9k

then i missed the chainlink moon, and whatever other moons there were, basically a waste of time

i actually first tried to get in when it was at 3k, that's when weev and all the other retards started shilling it, but i gave up when i couldn't figure out SWIFT and all that other bullshit fast enough

I don't trade cryptocurrencies. That's a fool's errand. I HODL.

The first time I invested $100 in bitcoin the exchange went down under and I lost the money until recently. The second time I made $16. The third time I lost $4.

I wish. I really want to, but with the not-very-large sums of money I get, I spend immediately, because there's always something I immediately want.
