i think there's another mechanism that can fuck up your body composition btw, sleep apnea and poor sleep can cause fluid buildups in your middle and lower body, which also helps create the opposite image of the ideal v-taper male physique, as if things weren't fucked up enough already

No i don't have sleep apnea. But i remember since i am a kid i have sleep problems. I even got melatonin as a kid and all kinds of stuff. I always have eye bags even on photos where i am a little kid. I am so fucked up i often rage and punch my closet or just scream because i can't sleep and then my mother wakes up. I used to have this dream too where a guy would be hammering on a rooftop and it made me really mad never knew why. I think i might have a damaged brain. ITS SO OVEERRR
