I definitely do. I jump from idea to idea very fast and get bored of things far too easily.
I've been looking into ways to increase attention span and one of the things I kept hearing was to "learn to tolerate boredom". Basically just learn to become okay without a constant flow of dopamine being pumped into your head. You could train this ability by sitting and staring at a wall or something equally dull for a certain period of time. It sounds quite daunting as someone who sits on his PC all day but I might try something like that tomorrow because my brain is completely fried.
