He talks shit, most serial killers have below average IQs (see Radford University serial killer stats) and the Dark Triad (fire-setting/arson/animal cruelty) as an indicator for future violence has been largely disproven, it's more an indicator of abuse at home than for future violence.
And animal cruelty is sadly something most children do (due to lacking parental supervision, due to curiosity, due to lacking understanding of empathy/the suffering they inflict).
The same as the myth of the white serial killer, 60% of all American serial killers in the 2010s were blacks. Almost everything he lists is outdated - the so-called experts from America.
