I own one of these, called a "moped car" or "voiture sans permis". Speed- and weight-limited "cars" you can drive before you turn 18 in certain parts of the EU. Mine is broken and I am over the age of 18, so I guess this doesn't even count lol.

I can't answer any of the 4 options. "I don't have a license or car but it's NOT the reason I'm incel." This is probably true for me, but I can't of course know for sure. Biggest problem is looks (including height) and autism and unemployment, but having no car and a driver's license is also a problem, even though it is a lesser problem (and can easily be fixed with money!). From official statistical publication in my country we can state as a fact that 99 % of households with a couple with children have at least one car. So Driver'slicensepill is very real in countries where having a driver's license is expected from a real man.
