First thing I would do is try my best to reach a consensus on the definitions of incels and inceldom. That has to be the starting point. All else, including the rules and how to deal with petty bullshit like this, will follow as a consequence of that. There's wide range of input there, including mine. Reasons and arguments follow from defintions put forth. We can agree or disagree, but we have to present our cases and defend them. It's entirely possible that we may not reach any consensus, at which point we would have to coalesce the predominant definitons and merge them into a compromise (like Phil and his 20 fuckin' years).
Yes, I strongly think that voting should be done outside of yes/no polls, and that empty votes given without reason or justification should be tossed out and disregarded. Furthermore, anyone without a certain amount of time spent on the forums and/or a certain post count to serve as rough measure of forum contribution should not be qualified to vote, similar to how permanent residents are not allowed to vote until they put in their time and apply to become a citizen. And there are most definitely a ton of "illegals" here, but I don't have to remind you of all people.
Doing just these two things is a big fucking deal.
Others can confirm, but if I recall correctly, he was outed a while back on discord.
