BPD is not the acronym for bipolar disorder, but rather borderline personality disorder. The foid in the video claims to have been diagnosed with Bipolar I, not BPD.
Bipolar disorder is a psychiatric condition in which you fluctuate between moods of mania and depression, that can last days or weeks or months at a time. Bipolar I is the more severe form of this, and Bipolar II is the less severe form of this.
Borderline personality disorder is a psychological disorder which is thought to more concern childhood development (or lack thereof). Due to unfavorable formative conditions, you fail to develop object constancy (the knowledge that your primary object, whether mother or father, will always be there for you) and also fail to develop a grandiose sense of narcissism to cope with your alienation. As a consequence of this, you are highly neurotic to the point where it verges on psychosis. There is overlap between BPD and Factor 2 psychopathy as concerns neuroticism (tendency for violence), and overlap with vulnerable narcissism as concerns the verging on psychosis.
It is possible, and in fact likely, to have both autism and either bipolar disorder and/or BPD. @Gyros_Pretcel was in the psych ward section for BPD as an autistic male, which he reported was 99% female, although this could probably just be an expedient for "high (professed) suicide risk."

Bipolar Disorder has phases of depression, juxtaposed with phases of mania.
Borderline Personality Disorder is characterized by a pervasive sense of emptiness, and lack of identity, which is a contributing factor to transsexualism, for example, and the associated suicide risk there.

Foids have giga mood lability (a BPD trait), but so do autistics, the difference perhaps being that autistics are less capable of expressing their moods, whereas foids are overly expressive.

Borderline personality refers to the border between neurosis (anxiety) and psychosis (insanity). Those with dysfunctional childhoods who fail to develop grandiose narcissism as a cope often remain stuck in this state, and it is more often females than males presumably because of their inherently submissive natures, which lends itself to masochism rather than sadism. A male with inclinations towards Factor 2 psychopathy would probably be more likely to abuse others than abuse himself (as by cutting wrists or otherwise mutilating the body, such as in a transsexual surgery). It is telling, for example, that females with autism are more likely to undergo transsexual surgery than males with autism.
Bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder both feature mood lability, but in the case of bipolar disorder, it is more predicable and patterned.

I believe some individuals do indeed suffer from them. I also believe, however, that (Foid Suicide) would do a good service to mentally-ill males.
