Serious Do you guys sometimes experience depersonalisation

I sometimes have it where i feel like im nothing or the outside is a dream, or both. My worst day in my life was when i looked at a table and felt like no one was looking at nothing. DP is a special kind of hell honestly, wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy

I used to get it quite a lot, it kind of died down in the past 2-3 months.
I mainly thought that my life was like a big joke everyone is in on except me, kind of like that black mirror episode.
