Yeah. I really like the genre's focus on creating specific moods and atmosphere across entire albums, with ambience and repetitive samples, rather than traditional, well structured, enjoyable songs. I like how esoteric, scattered, and self indulgent it is. There's a surprisingly passionate scene behind it all, it has a cult following. I once downloaded some torrent with like 200 of the most 'essential' vaporwave albums and listened to nothing else for like two months, lol.
