Discussion Do you guys also have trouble sleeping?

Ive always had a hard time getting enough sleep , sometimes i just sleep luckily . Even when im tired after all day most of the time my mind feels tired but numb and unable to shut down to sleep mode , it sucks
Havent found anything that helps with it yet

I have no problem going to sleep, it's just other people that makes sleeping difficult.

Yes working on shifts fucked my sleeping schedule.

My dad can go to sleep as soon as his head hits the pillow. It takes me roughly 30 minutes to an hour with my eyes closed to finally fall asleep no matter what.
