I have noticed at times, I force myself to suffer. I take cold showers even though I do not enjoy them. I do cardio, even though I do not enjoy this. I sometimes listen to bluepill/romance songs which cause me to rage and seethe. I will sometimes eat food I do not enjoy out of obligation. I used to in the past also bang my head and fists against walls. I rarely do that now but maybe still once every few months. There is more but I will note it later.

sometimes i listen to sad love songs and then for like 30mins or an hour i will read the testimonials of the people below of when they first knew they were in love or found love or how love grew over time for them and they knew they found their soul mate. then i get really sad and have to listen to instrumental music for the rest of the night

the night time comes and i watch amateur porn where the girl is doing absolutely every fucking disgusting thing the guy wants all for the pure enjoyment she is giving him. they arent porn stars. they arent making money off this shit. he just wanted to do it for kicks and she obliged because she is absooutely head over heels in love with this boy. and on those nights i just lay in bed real quiet like and usually have a bad night sleep where im tossing and turning. i think my brain realizes i'm trying to implode from the inside and my body won't let me rest because intrinsically it knows it is missing something.
