Did it, but not anymore. Lost strength in my arms after a vaccination (not against SOYVID, but other stuff), have regained it now, but somehow I lack the motivation to start again (especially because my muscle mass degraded so much).

Yes, every day (approx. 60 minutes) for more than a month now, with a stationary bike and dumbbells with adjustable weights.

No results so far.

Yeah I used to run 4-6 miles a day, about a 7-8 minute mile pace. I caught the Rona, and since then I've had complications with my cardiovascular system. Getting short of breath, needing an inhaler and shit. I hope to get back at it sometime this year tho.

Hey I'm a runner cel too. And I too got corona. I didn't need an inhaler but I'm wondering if my body could fully recover or my lungs are permanently fucked.

I already had some cardiovascular issues prior to catching the Rona. When the season would start to change I'd get allergies and get short of breath. The Rona exacerbates preexisting conditions. You should be good as long as you didn't have any issues prior.
