Not sure if this matters in large scale, cause people and animals are mortal, but:

1. My dad had had a pain in his left eye for week and I advised to go to an optic to have his eyes checked, it turned out that he had a 0,05 mm metal particle in his cornea that caused discomfort. When it was removed under a microscope by a specialist, he felt great relief and thanked me for forcing him to do something with his eyes.
2. Other time, dad had a chest pain, possibly out of stress, advised him to hold aspirin tablet under his tongue, take nitrate spray, take deep breaths and monitor his blood pressure to prevent heart attack. It worked.
3. My mom had once a panic attack (I caused it, because I was a dick to her), I managed to comfort her and gave her hydroxizine to sedate her.
4. In the early stages of (((pandemic))), there were talks using mRNA vax to "protect" people from infection. I had conversatons with many people about it and when asked what do I think, I responded that the danger from a disease is much lesser than from taking experimental gene therapy. Some of them decided not take a jab and possibly dodged a bullet.

But most of the time I was a jerk, still am.
