Best advice I can give is to lose weight and eat more healthy. Instead of hating yourself, hate the foids, in pour your energy into becoming a better version of yourself. Anyways, I enjoy playing primarily War Thunder and Space Marine 2.

It is! Being fat is 1000% a choice unless you have straight-up female hormones. Like it’s really hard to eat so much that you surpass 3k calories a day as a man. You have to lean into that. It is not natural.
