Is this is because of low self esteem? What could it be?

If it's a girl that does it (which is extremely rare) then I kinda cringe inside by the surprise and shock

I feel very uncomfortable and not sure what to say or do if I remember correctly but it´s been so many years since anyone has complimented me for anything.

Because I know it's not true.

I honestly like when my friends say good thing about my body or my shooting aim

Yeah I feel the same way. I’m very quick to dismiss compliments.

It’s probably due to low self esteem. I’ve always felt pathetic and inferior so the idea of someone seeing something positive in me just seems like pure folly.

Thank you? I don't cringe. Complimented by foids? Sometimes happens, but I don't take it to heart, just like I don't take their rejection to heart.

nope. already get used to it

Ive never had anyone outside of my family compliment me. Only insults

those things never happen to me to begin with...
but if they did i dont think i would cringe
