I used to be indifferent but at this point I cope hard with it.

It's a serious problem.

I try not to

sometimes though i try not to. i cope with alcohol, which is probably worse

Yes but i only eat once a day or so, so it becomes a fun event to eat food.

Sometimes I go out eating with my dad to exotic restaurants (when they were still open) and yes it's a good cope :feelsokman: If you use sites like The Fork, Yelp or Tripadvisor you can even get discounts at some places so it's nice too. If the place is good we go back other days and the employees already know you and treat you better.

Btw this reminds me of some Elliot Rodger quotes about foodmaxxing:

"The Four Season’s held their annual Father’s Day buffet. The place was very beautiful and opulent, and there was delicious food of all kinds to choose from. I always looked forward to events like this. Since I had no access to sex, food was my only vice. As with all buffets that I had attended, I stuffed myself tremendously, trying to sample every single thing they offered. There was pork sausage, bacon, smoked salmon, sushi, filet mignon, roast chicken, roast potatoes... And I took pleasure in eating as much as I could. I filled my plate three times and devoured all of them. As I enjoyed my exquisite meal, I took in the scenery all around me; the perfectly built architecture of the building, the pretty flowers in the gardens, the luxurious furniture and décor, the cascading fountains. It truly made me feel good, a welcome respite from all of my suffering in Santa Barbara."

"On the way home, we spent time at the Upper Class lounge at Heathrow Airport, and this lounge was even more impressive than the one in LAX. They had all sorts of luxury food, and a whole bar full of every drink one could imagine. On the way home, I had multiple glasses of red wine again before drifting off to a nice, drunken sleep."

"For most of the time spent at the concert, I just walked around at ate food at the buffet tables while everyone waited for Katy Perry to perform"

"My favorite part of the trip was the breakfasts at the hotel. The hotel we stayed at was quite luxurious, even by my standards And the breakfasts; they were absolutely delicious. Every morning there was a buffet full of delectable choices, such as crispy pork sausage, croissants, bacon, ham, roast potatoes, all kinds of fruit, and much more. On every one of those mornings, I stuffed myself like there was no tomorrow. I was deprived of sex all my life, so the only vice that I could derive a sense of pleasure from was eating delicious food"

Oh yes. It's the highlight of my day and the only time I feel happy. I still eat in moderation tho and I'm not fat.

Why tf does he make everything so dramatic lmao

Weed and coffee are what keep my mind off food.

The human body is designed to enjoy food, so of course I cope with it.
When you neuter a male dog, its entire life becomes about food instead of sex.
That shows you how important food is as a cope, though less than sex.

Yes i cope with sushi, chinese and thai foods

In summary: what makes a young woman shapely is fat distribution, but what makes a young man look good according to today's standards of beauty for men, is big toned muscles, those suffer more from sedentary life. Muscles need to be worked, fat doesn't.

Food cope is good, but for how long? It is not sustainable, your body will give in.

What do you eat? Do you follow a specific diet?
Sort of. 10 raw eggs in the morning/noon, a meat meal with potatoes in the afternoon and raw milk. Sometimes 5 raw eggs or raw milk in the evening if i'm hungry. I don't count the raw eggs as a main meal. It's more of a supplementary food for me that keeps me from starving for a few hours.

No vegetable oils, no salt, no bread and no spices.

Sounds like a good diet man. Maybe I'll follow your example when I gather willpower. I eat a lot of junk food :feelstrash:

It'll be expensive to eat more healthy. I cheat sometimes tbh. I can't resist the taste of chocolate during the weekends. I think chocolate has vegetable oils in it so i lied, or it has some sort of soy lecithin.

Meat and eggs are pretty expensive yeah

I thought exactly the same when I opened the thread.

I remember how good his memory was regarding restaurants and food, I can sometimes relate to that, I really enjoy eating at restaurants, and food in general. I guess dopamine and sugar are the things that keep me going. Hungryposting rn.

Yes food and video games are my only copes

Interesting how ER manifesto can be related to daily life even in things that are not related to inceldom kek. And yes it's very well written.

Becozz of reaganomic and trickled down economy ,
I can only afford lots of chips , bean and cheese dips from the dollar store. Most of my food money go to mexican beer like tecate and dos equis, or bud ice.
I use to be able to run a mile in 5:30 and speed walk in 8, now I dont think I can break 10.

Yes, I am a fat motherfucker exactly for this reason

Depends on what I am eating

I have one big meal a day - dinner - but I go many hours with nothing to eat or drink between meals. I never eat snacks.

Sometimes but very small amounts. I don't wanna get fat. I'm already a 165cm wristcel with a bad back.

cant regreat money spend on food

i dont get brand foods

I cope with borgars

It's one of the only cope i have, but i don't even genuinely enjoy it, just like playing vidya, it's just to kill time so that i can sleep.

can't, gerd problems+some other shit

either way im a gymcel, and im cutting atm so even if i wanted too i cant

Yes. I'm an obese, lazy person who copes largely with food. I did the health thing for about 10 years but realized one day it met nothing to me and was just making me miserable more. I also hate gym culture and the people who lifts due to my personal interactions with them.

I'm disgusting too. I love near rare redmeat and sometimes on snack on raw groundbeef. Love burgers too. Christmas was awesome because my mom made the most delicious dressing ever - it had oyster in it and the whole thing was solid like brownies etc so you cut pieces with a knife. Fuck im salivating just thinking of having that again. I'd really like one of those double cheese chalupas again from taco bell as well, id eat about 3-4 right now.

I'm basically addicted to homecooked food and trashy fast food. Again, its funny because I use to be so paranoid/ocd about eating that shit. Would coun calories, make disgusting shakes etc. Then one day I stopped caring and it was wonderful.

The downside is shit like galt and the strain on my organs. I've also had a piece of my liver removed (just a small, small piece) but fuck otherwise I don't care.
