I personally have started binge eating as a form of coping with my lonelyness and autism and it really helps me. Normally when you binge eat you skip breakfast and have only 2 meals a day and you overeat in order to have mire confidence and control over your body. I purged multiple times lately and can only tell you that it truly is one of the best forms of coping for me. You can eat fast, get all hyped up and the just throw up in the bathroom toilet in order to calm your nerves. Also one of the benefits of purging is that you don't gain any weight from binge eating and you can even get better in shape. What do you think of binge eating or purging as a coping method. Has anyone here ever tried it or wants to try it?
