I mean they are, but it's not about the white skin so much as it is the facial symmetry and such. Obviously white skin helps a lot, but if you ever look at Chads in other countries they almost all have white features to some extent. Sharper noses, smaller lips, better lower-thirds in general.

Good point. I go to bestgore.com daily, and I'm semi-obsessed with lynching, which always happens in Brazil. If we're judging mass amounts of people as they are now, you're probably right that white people may be the most sophisticated overall. However, I believe that as the world's cultures unify into a singular culture, the differences between races will be minimized.
I still think white people suck ass though. When it comes to civilizational level, Asians are not worse or even better in many fields. At this point of history, Asians (China, Korea, Japan) do actually much better than cucked western countries. As for attractiveness I think that Aryan or just white chad looks better than chads of other races, however it would still depend on how other races see themselves in relation to whites when it comes to their own attractiveness.
