Surgery could definitely help if you have some significant deformity like a recessed jawline but if your overall skull shape is bad it's over.

For many conditions, there is no surgery. Other surgeries are way too risky (killing you, making you uglier than before, losing tons of money, chronic pain) compared to the potential benefits (killing you, making you slightly less unattractive). Often times, it's hard to even find a doctor/clinic you feel you can trust.

If you have the money and a problem of yours can be solved that way, you should definitively try it (after getting as many expert opinions as you can on the matter and maybe doing some research yourself). For some of us it's a way out, for some it's useless.

I'd suggest applying fillers for those who want to temporarily ascend on a budget, but the price you'd pay in the future will be issues such as sagging skin.

I think surgerymaxxing does work. The only issue is that you already know how cruel this world is to you, can you even take all the kindnes you will receive after the surgery as anything but a mockery of your past suffering.

In a long procedure of facial reconstruction rn. Still troubles me to this day. Im just interested to see how different ppl are gonna treat me.

Yes. And it’s not about women for me at this point. I’m beyond saving, I know that. This is just about me feeling comfortable in my own skin. And also more job opportunities when you don’t look incompetent via small chin and other defects.
