It has been showed that if you expect someone to be sneaky and malicious, you increase his chance of becoming sneaky and malicious (works for positiv traits too).
So basicly if you have certain phenotypic traits that people associate with certain personality traits, you have more chance of developing them.
Also, if you are uggly and short, you will receive so much negativ reinforcment that you will likely be less social than others. (water)
Also your looks are the expression of genes, and less masculine look is also often associated with less testosterone (I mean maybe it's not exactly like that but you got me), which has consequences on personality on various aspects like dominance, aggresivity and such..
Overall looks determine a lot your personality because of positiv / negativ reinforcement, social expectations, and also because of the genetic root cause behind your physical appearance.
