Dutesturide causes balding it’s a side effect of testosterone but obviously some people are more succeptable to get bald than others because of dutesturide. Soys have some testosterone and bad genetic so they get bald from smaller amount of dutesturide than higher genetic quality males do.

A unibrow is something lots of people from europe to india have, its just a genetic thing like being able to grow a thick beard or being tall. It seems most common amomg people from the middle east and north africa but lots of europeans have unibrows too. However I think they are much more likely to shave it so you probably don’t see it much.
People with autism are probably less likely to shave or get rid of the unibrow than NT people so that could be why you see many more autistic people with unibrows than the general population
