Sometimes what happens here is that people want to much to counter the absurd arguments of blue-pill/normies that they fall for the other extreme, here is the reality vs what bluepill says.
BluePill : Personallity matters the most. Reality : Picture the impact of looks and other attributes this way. Imagine if you have a test rated on 100points, 80 of it is generation questions, 20points on it is "creative writing" but if you get less than 5 on anyone of them, you immediately fail the test, if you get less than 50 on the test, you fail. So a chad will have let's say 65 on looks, he already passes the test UNLESS he's retarded (gets less than 4 on creative writing), but someone who gets 15 on creative writing fails unless he has at least 35 on looks, and still the chad would have better grades, but between two people who got 40 in looks, who got the higher note in creative writing (personality) may make the difference. So personality matters, a liiiittle bit.

Reality is that while it would almost never happen that an ugly guy would be found hot by an attractive girl, it does happen that a chad is found ugly by some girls, and it does happen that starting from 6.5, a guy would be found a chad by some girls, and a lot of girls will think of the 7 as an 8 even if most girls sees him as chadlite. So even a chadlite can date/fuck some staceys, and even a 9 if she sees him as a gigachad.
