Serious Do naturally high hairlines actually exist?

I've be fucking driving myself insane over my hairline over the past months. There is a small section on both of my temples where hair isn't growing anymore. My family thinks it's nothing, but I know I'm fucking balding. I'm only 19, this shouldn't be happening. Should I go on finasteride now? I'm a NW1 now, but I preferred being a NW0.

Yeah; I've had a fairly high hairline since I was a kid. The only male relative I know of with norwooding is my dad and that's in the monk dime pattern, not receding along the temples. Probably not an indication of balding likelihood.

Just high back on the forehead, I should indicate - not actually in the Norwood pattern.

A few weeks ago the exact same happened to me as well. I looked back at some old pictures of myself to compare my hairline and had to realise I went from Nw0 to Nw1. Very depressing... my side profile looks even more subhuman now.

I was born basically NW3. I am not balding, my hairline has been this way forever and it is genetic from my mom's side of the family, but it certainly does look like I'm balding. My hairline hasn't moved though and I'm 21.
