LDAR Do I suck very awfully at chat.

There is a newly recurited becky in our office who has been working with me and will continue to work with for this whole month after which she would be working independently. Now, during the lunch time, she sat beside me and I thought why I don't have some talk with her until the lunch time is over. I asked her like where she is from and some other questions but as the conversation progressed, it started to becoming cringy as fuck from my side. The vibe of cringy awkwardness was very vividly visible but instead of stopping, I was continuing it like an idiot. I felt I was running out of ideas and was blindly shooting whatever coming in mind like you were in exam and you knew nothing but you were writing anyway just to get some grades.

C'mon, I have talked to guys and older women many times but never felt this kind of situation, which is not common in my life. I just usually talk any random thing with my colleagues and the conversation goes well but why did it go bad in this case, even though she wasn't giving one word answers?

it's extremely easy to take to my landlord who is an old woman for instance, her convo skills are great to the point that mine don't matter, and I don't just let her do the talking

but young people will just leave you hanging if you're not cool or fuckable to them

Agreed. All the older women I have met so far are very good at convo skill. They know how to keep the convo going unlike the young ones who think you should entertain them.

I didn't just ask her questions but discussed other things too but yes it can't be called convo unless both persons are equally interested in it.

They don’t add anything to the conversation because they don’t want to talk to you. It’s plain and simple. Young women talk in real life like they do on Tinder. If they want to fuck you, they will talk in paragraphs, if they don’t they will do the bare minimum, usually just answering your question with the least amount of effort or single word replies.

If you never talk to people most likely it was awkward. But awkward is usually fine if you are good looking.

If you talk to people a lot it was probably not as awkward as you thought it was.

Actually, young foids do talk in paragraph in real life but if it is totally about them only. I remember a cute nurse foid who talked so extensively when I asked about her and what her profession involve. Similar thing happened in the case of a painter foid, though they give no shit to convo when the topic of convo shifts from them to something else.

It's not that hard but it's repetitive and gets boring quick. Once you know the people, you can anticipate their reactions and bring them into any emotional state you want. Most of the time they are too dumb to realize it.

The first thing I do when in a new work environment is talk to all my colleagues one on one and push their limits to see at what point they push back. Then I just "work" from there.

People at work always liked me, little did they know I was always playing them like fiddle.
Have never met someone who would see through my game so far.

Silence is also quite a powerful tool when used right.
