Yes, his eye area disqualify him from Chad-status
Only his NCT and lack of eyebrows affects him, but not the lack of brow support.

Thicker and darker eyebrows could benefit him much, also far from worst possible eye area, tbh tbh. His eyes are located too closely to each other.

His upper head is iffy but his eyes are light colored which halo's him, unlike grey/black/brown eyes which can make someone look low IQ and creepy
