I was 65 kgs overweight and so far I've lost 20 kgs. Nothing about my face/dick size has changed. My belly is just smaller.

I can only accept fatcels if they have slimmed down once in their lives and weren't satisfied with the results, I used to be fatcel, I have also been down to low BF% + regular lifting at a powerlifter gym, I look worse at low bf% due to more noticeable cheek asymmetry ironically while at my fattest it filled them out.
