Do cops really shoot black men a lot more than they do white?

I read a study once that says that black men are perceived as being larger than they actually are by other races, especially by whites.

What about a short black man? About 5’3 - 5’5 150 pound range. How likely would he be to be shot more than 3 times by a cop if he charged with something threatening in his hand.

Not only is it because niggers are violent, soulless creatures, but because they insist on wearing sagging pants. When they run from the police, they're at threat of their pants falling down, so they have to rapidly reach for their waistbands, which gets them shot.
