I’ve learned to tolerate it, but I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t make me feel envious and angry. Whenever I see a couple, especially if they’re affectionate and happy together, it reminds me of my own solitude and how I’ve always longed for that kind of connection with a woman but have never found it.
