So I'm working in a warehouse where we move pallets into trucks. There are two ways you can start your pallets: you either take a new one and put it on your pallet truck, starting your case pile from scratch, or you can take a pallet that's been started by the clam machine. Starting with the second method is less tedious than the first.
I've been on the first work method for 3 days now. I see most guys alternate every 2 days. One day from scratch, the next with started pallets. This has happened to me more than once now. Would've happened more if I didn't nag the clam operator.I don't feel like asking him every time if I can take started pallets as I've done so before.
Additionally, I've been treated by some more "aggressive" type co-workers with some kind of disrespect, at a non-verbal and verbal level. I highly suspect and hypothesize that all this misfortune is due to my bad looks.
That is all.
