I think too much and have maladaptive daydreaming and thought patterns (most likely I'm not diagnosed or some shit, I'm only a sperg by diagnosis) so indica helps me to actually relax and to cope

I have similar problems but my main one is anxiety, indica really helps me mellow out
I'm too autistic to rationalize my anxiety, it goes away once i start talking usually. I just eat myself up with thoughts about the future mostly and death, so the indica helps me with that, but i haven't smoked in years since i have no connections.
