At least for me. I've tried to burn down fat for all my life, going into extreme such as starving myself. It hasn't helped, I remain skinny fat, no matter how much I eat I remain skinny fat, no mater how much I starve myself I remain skinny fat. I went to the gym for 5 years I saw no results. Meanwhile Chad goes 7 months, eats like crap % develop a greek god body. It's over for men with shitty body fat genetics.

good luck getting a flat stomach if you used to have a puffy one, enjoy eating boiled chicken breast for 3 months I guess. meanwhile actually having women to talk to is still an intractable problem that has nothing to do with the flatness of your stomach.

Most incels are thin, so obviously having a thin body/tight abdominal area isn't all it takes.

in a real gym, even a college gym i sometimes go to, seeing guys who actually look anything close to the youtube fitness models
is insanely rare

That's because going to the gym regularly, for a really long period of time, is fucking hard and requires a lot of self-discipline.

All this "gymcel is cope" is itself a cope for being a fat fuck. If you diet (this means calorie counting) and go to the gym regularly (this means at least 4 times a week for a long period of time), you will see results. We are all humans with human physiology, and that's how it works. Will you be ripped like Aquaman? Probably not, because for the most part that's not actually possible - even Jason Momoa can only keep that physique up temporarily, during filming. But you will look better. Will you still be an incel? Yeah, probably, because foids are trash. But that wasn't OP's claim. You will see results.

that's what i'm talking about, losing weight until i had some ridiculously low bmi and had ribs visible and shit was a breeze

Frame and where you store body fat is what matters. Even if you go to gym and diet you can't spot reduce. If your genetics codes for lovehandles and for belly then no matter how much you lose youll still have fat there. You need lipo for skinny fat. And if you can't gain muscle easily then just take steroids, the effort of all natural is crazy if you have shit genes.
