This definitely seems like a higher beating rate than normal. Is it because our parents found us ugly and beat us more? There are studies saying how ugly kids are treated worse.

Not really, it never addressed the root problem which is why it was so difficult or unappealing to do in the first place. I remember this one fucker that was just able to hone in on classwork so easily, meanwhile it was pretty much impossible for me to do that for a single minute. I eventually got time management and curbing procrastination down later into high school but it required a lot of effort to get rid of those habits and escapisms, the most destructive of which being parasocial relationships on Discord since I didn't have any friends IRL. I'm in Uni rn so can't rlly answer the latter

That’s brutal, man. I have noticed that parents beating their child for grades never really works unless that kid has the intelligence to do it in the first place. In the end it all comes down to what you were born with.

Yeah sure. They both had hit me, even got in a fight with my dad. Not necessarily a bad thing in itself tbh if I had to be frank
