People in school had this perception of me as a retard mainly cause I'd daydream a lot and lack basic common sense.

I used to play into it and make myself appear dumber than I was as a survival strategy.

If someone made fun of me i could always pretend i didnt really know what was going on, laugh at my own expense and save some modicum of face.

I definitely relate to that. I missed out on all the normalcy that they got. sometimes I wish reincarnation is real, and I get to have an actual normal life. but let's face it that probably wont happen.
