Look up "false equivalence". Anybody (who hasn't gotten fat and destroyed their body) can get ripped with diet and gymcelling. When I was 15, the circumference of my skull was bigger than my waist. When I was 17 I hit the gym for 6 months and, what do you know, I had a good body and frame. Framecel is bullshit.

Every young Incel should gymcel. You have no idea what you'll look like. I did it at 17 and it fucking worked. Chadlite I was. Fucked it up though.

Some ancient philosopher said it's a tragedy to not see the young body in its fittest form, but more eloquently, I forget the quote lol.

That is scientifically wrong. Exercise nonresponders are a documented phenomena. Some of us do not gain muscle well despite perfect diet or exercise.

If you gain muscle easily you have no excuse. I have spent years counting calories and lifting weights and never looking better. If i eat more i gain more fat. If i eat less i lose muscle.

Tried lots of approaches. 3-5 days a week of weights, rest days between vs. cardio (eg. rowing machines). Different basic splits like upper lower or chest/back/legs etc. Typically 30-60 minutes of weights per session. Typically 3 sets of 6-10 reps per exercise.

I have known some white guys who literally go up in their lifts every single week they go to the gym and they don't do anything special. They just have incredible muscle building genetics, which some of us completely lack.
 
Man I wish I was white, then my workouts could actually mean something.

Just because it's easier for some, it doesn't mean it's impossible, or even hard, for you. PM me a pic of your body. You need to either focus on 1 or 2 body parts per day (ie back/chest/bi's/tri's/stomach/legs), 3 exercises on each, working each area at east once per week, or just do the big 3 (plus another exercise) a few times per week. Have you counted calories and protein? And increase weight at every opportunity. If you're doing 6-8 reps you can increase the weight. Even if you can only do 1-2 reps for one set and have to downgrade for the rest. Devoting time to cardio is a waste of time if you already have low BF. A 3 minute sprint > 30 minutes rowing. All about dat intensity. Anyone can achieve a good and fairly optimal physique (which is just lean with some muscle). Assuming you're young and haven't blown out your body (like me).
