I'm not sure if the internet really made us less social like people often claim though. Normalfags are constantly using the internet on their smartphones but they do it while they're in the company of other people. So I don't think it made us who we are, it just gave us a form of escapism. If the internet stopped existing I would just spent my time reading books and watching TV so it would make little difference.
