After attributing significant weight loss to eating Subway sandwiches, Fogle appeared in the company's advertising campaigns from 2000 to 2015. His tenure came to an abrupt end following an FBI investigation that saw him convicted of traveling to pay for sex with minors and possessing child pornography.
While a student at Indiana University, Fogle lost 245 lb (111 kg) between 1998 and 1999.[4] Having frequented a Subway restaurant as part of his diet plan, he was hired to help advertise the company the following year. Fogle's popularity led to him being featured in over 300 commercials during his 15 years with Subway, alongside other media appearances.
Allegations of Fogle having inappropriate relations with minors began in 2007, but did not gain traction until 2015 when the FBI uncovered that he received child pornography from an associate. Fogle pleaded guilty to the child sex tourism and child pornography charges the same year and was sentenced to 15 years, 8 months in federal prison, with a minimum of 13 years before becoming eligible for parole.[5][6][7] He is currently incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution, Englewood.[2]

I have read the press release from the United States Attorney's Office and there were nothing about raping a 3 year old.
Also if he raped a 3 year old why didn't he get convicted for rape?
So what? They are just bits on a drive, doesn't matter if he have them on his computer or not. It is not like the act itself will disappear or never had happened if he didn't have it on his computer.
Also this opens a way for someone, who wants your reputation erased and who wants to see you in a prison, to just hack your computer and place cp on it. Good luck trying to prove they are not yours if that ever happens to you.

I bet nothing would have happened to him if he had become a circumcision operator to perform on minor boys, and had videos of young boys getting circumcised instead.
Apparently minors can't give consent for marriage and sex and neither their parents can give it for them, but somehow they are completely capable of giving consent to undergo an operation which will change their reproductive organ indefinitely, and their parents can decide for them in this vital matter.
