When I was 13, at the end of 7th grade, I realized how much of a fucking loser I was. I barely had friends, got fat shamed on a day to day basis(also had manboobs around that time(still do)), and BARELY many girls were attracted to me. I got called weird, fatass, got punked and smacked on the head a couple times(big head), you know the usual shit.
But then I told myself, that was gonna change. At the very least freshman year, I was gonna go on a weight loss and fitness journey(maybe join a sport) to gain the respect of my fellow male peers in school at the time, while also hoping to attend university afterwards, cuz everytime on my town was mostly going to community college. I wanted to be different. I wanted to change.
As for where woman fall in this scenario, I guess you could say I had the single mindset, cuz they weren’t involved AT ALL. Maybe a lil but not enough to consider them apart of my plan for high school.
So as a result, prom was not apart of the plan for high school. Women was most likely gonna be added in once I headed for college after senior year.
So my question to you guys is this, you think what I highlighted in bold could’ve been a great way to handle high school at the time? Or do you think women should’ve been apart of the plan?
