Did anyone else use to try and find herobrine as a kid?

I remember being afraid of that whole myth when I was younger lol, I would build those fake golden block and netherrack shrines from those fake herobrine videos. And I would try to look for him and any “signs” that he’s in the world.

And those creepy cave sounds didn’t help my paranoia either. Playing Minecraft alone at nighttime used to be quite eerie at times.
