Depression diary, August 9

[ADD Sufferer]

I'm in the middle of getting an ADR certificate to possibly open some job opportunities, so today I had some seminars and had to deal with a female receptionist. The entire time she had this grossed out look and appeared aloof when going through paperwork and such. I legitimately thought I had a mutation growing on my head for her to behave this way.

A couple of hours later when I'm about to leave I pass by her desk and see her smiling and giggling, a really tall and handsome guy chatting with her. She had me waiting there while she asked him personal questions and literally giggled everytime he talked to her like a middle school girl. At some point she stamped something and handed me the papers without even looking at me or saying a word.

This is what I have to go through on a daily basis. I'm starting to question why getting muscles, clean clothes, haircuts and daily showers won't work for me.

lmfao whenever im in school or out in public, i start to hear people laugh as they look in my direction or i walk past them. it actually degrades myself esteem so much

but hey i just need to fix my PERSONALITY, because if i had a good PERSONALITY these people wouldnt look down upon me as my amazing PERSONALITY will let off an aura ensuring them i am just as good as they are despite me not even interacting with them
