More specific definitions can be consistently built on top of this existing definition.

Volcel : A person who has never had and is expected to never have non-transactional, consentual sex with another person mainly due to voluntary factors.

Gymcel : A person who has never had and is expected to never have non-transactional, consentual sex with a another person mainly due to involuntary factors, inspite of their efforts in the gym.

Escortcel : A person who has never had and is expected to never have non-transactional consentual sex with a another person and has seen an escort.

But most of us probably could see an escort and get sex. We could also betabuxx hard, or rape and get sex. Fucking gays and trannies is also an option.
