Well, they are not "in" my appartment (I lied sorry), but they are every single fucking evening drinking cheap can of beers right down my building, listening to their loud sound system shit and rumbling noise they call rap. And they talk even more loudly about the phenomenology of spirit (I lied again) and other socialite subjects such as ... I don't even know what they are talking about, I'm not even sure they are talking my language actually. And not only that but I can't even sleep as early as I want (I'm some kind of a monk so I go to bed at 8pm) because they are like celebrating something related to the "football" and making annoying throat noise every night.

Since niggers live in our house I have to lock my bicycle in the garage, not even lying. Never had to do this with whites around.

Thankfully I live in a pretty white area with just autistic rice people as my neighbors, when there's rice people living in your area you know it's a pretty good one since they tend to avoid areas with high percentages of Tyrone's.

It's not about whether you live in a shitty area or not but the people that inhabit your neighborhood. I live in what many would call lower class neighborhood but there isn't a problem around here. Why? Because it's a mostly hispanic neighborhood. Everyone hates blacks around here, even the landlords. Before my landlord died, he had an unspoken policy that he wouldn't allow blacks to rent his property. I don't know if my current landlord will continue this, hopefully he does until I finally move out of the fucking east coast to California. I'm looking at property with mostly Hispanic and Whites, thankfully my mother's cousin is willing to lend us a hand, I've seen the area and it's a really good looking middle class suburban area.
