Dark Souls 3 is such a great game

Im playing it again since last time in 2018. It is so engaging and rewarding going forward from bonfire to bonfire, upping levels and killing hard bosses and enemies along the way.

I like the setting, the pace of the game, the messages between players, the variety of options to make a build for your character...

Really great game. I think it is also the most balanced and polished souls game, they did a great work with this one.

I still haven't played bloodborne, sekiro and elden ring, i would like to get into one of those later.

Dark Souls 3 is fucking epic. I need to go back and do another playthrough one day. Was just thinking about this the other day. Bloodborne is also epic and you definitely should go play that! Sekiro is decent and in my personal opinion Elden Ring is over rated as fuck. Still a great game though.

Ye ds1 was also great, just a bit clunkier.

I also liked demons souls for ps3. World tendency was a mess, but otherwise the game is fine and it was the most innovative

DS3 is the only Souls game I actually finished, besides Bloodborne. The others are too hard for me or too annoying to bother with.

It's really good. I actually like it more than 1 due to having a second half that feels polished. (That, and 4 directional rolling while locked on.)

My favorite Fromsoft game has to be Bloodborne, though. The combat, music, and atmosphere are at their best.

I constantly felt unsafe in Elden Ring and it is open world, definitely seeing a correlation between our preferences there. Each to their own ofc. Still enjoyed Elden Ring just found it confusing asf at times.

Yeah i dont mind danger just as long as there's safety to return to. Games where its constantly dangerous make me uneasy.

I can relax in the bonfire or sanctuary planning my next moves. There's also some areas where there's no much threat. The game is dangerous and challenging but the pace is actually slow mostly. You can slowly advance through the areas and get souls for lvl up and new equipment, or you can rush to get to the boss fast and reach new checkpoints

The bonfires more like a deep breath before drowning in the waves again rather than a safe haven.

The game's really arcadey and boss rushy pretty fun, it's one of the prettiest souls entry by far next to it's brother Bloodborne, but the levels get a little too linear and every run when you try to make a different build is exactly the same as your previous. I liked Ds1's interconnected levels, it's always kind of exciting to start another run and go around some shortcuts and grab items you need.

Dark souls 1 area connection was so well implemented true. It was more open world while ds3 is more linear. But i like them both and i appreciate the improvements on 3 in combat mechanics and design

It's too linear and too much of ADHD rhythm combat like you play Osu instead of Dark souls that's why i did not liked it very much. DS1 is the only game that i truly enjoyed from the their souls games.

I wasn't either, but after you finish the game you start wanting to explore all the other features the game has, including pvp. If you ever want to check it out, I suggest first trying the fight clubs in the post-pontiff boss fight arena as people tend to be more friendly there no matter your pvp experience level. And don't forget to cap your level at 125, otherwise finding players will be hard.

Fs games are fun solo. Co op is trash tho because of annoying invaders.

I played all of them except demon souls remake. Sekiro and Elden ring are my favorites.
