The only doctor or medical professional that can help you is a plastic surgeon. If you’re seeing a psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, social worker, etc, stop that shit immediately and save your money. There is plenty of evidence that therapy is the equivalent of talking to a brick wall

I agree with you. Therapists tell you what you already know or what can be known with a simple read on the internet. It’s only helpful for people with no self awareness and no ability to introspect. It’s like, yes I know my life is shit and I’m shit, now what? A therapist can’t get rid of your years and years of horrible experiences and general lack of success, or change your awful environment. There’s where the worthless platitudes come in, which basically reduces to “just do it!” So helpful. Not.

Fundamentally, if people stop coping and really analyze what is objectively wrong with their life and what aspects of themselves are the reason for that problem, then they’ll know exactly what’s wrong and won’t need a therapist. For us, we know our looks are the problem, so therapy can’t do shit for us. The typical normie is just lazy and copes by using “depression” as an excuse so they aren’t able to objectively figure out what is wrong with their life and they need someone to tell them without hurting their feelings. That’s my take on it.
