My parents, I think, have an understanding they've fucked up my development, but are too narcissistic and prideful to admit it. They used to blame me for everything without any awareness of their involvement in it. One time in grade school I had all the problems wrong in a math assignment and my mother literally beat me like a nazi on a jew only to realize the school wanted parents to teach their child the basics, and the assignment was to access where we were in personal development. She looked stupid as fuck. Fuckin foreigners. I've been quite vocal of my frustrations with them and their faults ever since puberty and so these days they just nervously change the subject.
