I've heard good things about soy milk.

Apparently, I've been told that dairy, and sugar isn't good for you skin.

Processed sugar and dairy are horrible for your health in general. Soy milk is awesome and I highly recommend drinking it.(Soyboy is just a meme and Beer has more phytoestrogen).
