Except it's not really true; we all know Asian men remain a sideshow next to White men for ethnic women. From the thread itself:

For Indian women (and majority of Asia/ SE Asia), white is king. They all want fairer skinned children. India is still a heavily cast based country. Where your skin tone dictates your class. Look at Bollywood. It’s the fairer skinned actors/actresses who make it big. Amita Bachman and Sharukh Khan being the two exceptions. It’s all messed up tbh. I’ve dated Asians, SE Asians, they’ve never wanted to get tanned, when we’ve travelled to hot/beach locations. Even in the Philippines, there’s thousands of skin whitening products, available to buy. My amazing Filipina wife, doesn’t care (she’s fair though). But the majority of her family/ our friends/ neighbours, you can tell how much they love ‘white’. I’m London born, half Indian/ half Italian, now living in the Philippines. I’ve travelled extensively (120 countries) and observed this world wide.
