India likely has the most cases out of any country on the planet, they just don't report it.

1. They barely put any real restrictive measures in place.

3. They test like 90 people per day in a population of over a 1 billion people.

Plus Indians don't even give a shit if old people die, they just say they passed by natural causes. They don't go to the hospital until they're irreversibly sick (it's why they all get killed by influenza), and there's so many fucking people they can't take care of all the cases pewpew.
A lot of them are suffering from malnutrition and don't take any precautions to prevent diseases such as washing their goddamn hands, the only reason we haven't seen a lot of deaths is because the Indian government is too incompetent to keep track of all these dead people (and they have notoriously bad resources for testing and dealing with corona).
Their reported cases have so far only been reported in bursts over short periods, that's an indication that the spread isn't being tracked pewpew.
