I was reading Warhammer fantasy lore and it seemed to me that the Skaven are essentially Curries who are Rats.
Both Curries and Skaven have massive population and majority of the populace lives in extremely subhuman and unhygienic conditions.
Both Curries and Skaven have ramshackle technology. Despite being poor as fuck Curries have managed to create a successful space programme similar to the Skaven who despite being stupid have superior weaponry.
Both Curries and Skaven fanatically worship insane deities. Curries worship billions of Gods and Skaven worship a horned fucking rat.
Both Curries and Skaven are physically inferior to other races but make up for it with sheer numbers.
Both Curries and Skaven are massive fucking pricks with no regard or empathy towards each other. Curries happily scam and sell their own people for profit similar to Skaven.
Both curries and Skaven constantly want to lord over their fellow kinsmen. The Caste system was essentially built so that subhuman curries could feel superior by oppressing other subhuman curries.
Curries and Skaven hate each other's kinsmen and there is massive infighting within both races. The fight between Clan Pestilens and Clan Skryre is essentially what a civil war between Muslim/Hindu, North/South curries would look. Outsiders don't know this but most curries have hundred times more racism from their fellow curries than outsiders.
Curries are unaware of their inferiority and think they are the best culture in the world similar to how Skaven believe they should inherit Warhammer fantasy world.
