I'm too lazy to shower daily too. I just do basic private parts hygiene (sorry if sounds gay, IDK how you call it in english) and armpits, so I don't smell/bad bacteria doesn't get to spread, the whole body shower is not that necessary in my experience.

I shower once a day now but back in the day as a depressed teen school dropout i could go for a month without showering and my family would find the stench unbearable and put me on blast for it. It's weird when i think of it cause now being dirty and smelly bothers me a lot even if i'm staying at home completely by myself. People say it's a symptom of heavy depression but idk about that, i don't feel like i'm doing a lot better mentally now compared to those days.
